Ok, then it will interest you to know that when someone is paralyzed by a shock wound, their muscles seize up, and do not loosen for a while?

Really? I didn't know that...well, that's interesting.

The noble lord will be aware that, depending on the area of the spinal cord affected, not every muscle becomes inactive and unable to function.

[Mandalore enters, interuppting the trial]

You're a judge, Thomas, and you're supposed to ask questions. Since you have little time, check out some of the previous pages and you can form your conclusions by what you read.

We need your vote as soon as you can give it, especially if you won't be on later tonite.

Ye cannot make your views known, I am on the stand.

Well, it is fact.
*Addressing the court*
Now, we take a few things as fact:
When a person is paralyzed by shock wounds, their muscles seize up for a while
Elindil claims to have been stabbed in the spine, paralyzing her
IOWW, picking Elidil up, distinctly felt her joints move
From this we can only assume that Elindil was NOT, in fact, stabbed in the spine, and that she was NOT, in fact as helpless as she claimed, and that she COULD HAVE, in fact, defended herself from the pegasus she conveiniently had come into her tent.

Well, you need to know my veiws, well mainly the pirates.

Innocent - It is his duty to fight Rangers and do all in his power to destroy them.

Guilty - He attacked her with double the numbers that she had (1 against 2) and that is against the rules. Also, "No back stabbing" as that is one of the rules. I am aware that he stabbed her in the spine. And, was he given orders to attack?

OBJECTION!
It was a 1v1 duel, IOWW came along later.

*since I'm on the satnd*

I had nothing to do with the duel, so your 1st cklaim at guilt is false. They wanted a 1 on 1 duel, it was legal.

Also, read elf's prior post, and you'll find your second claim is also false.

Your claim at innocence is the true one, Mandalore. I swear it.

The Pegasus was later, after IOWW and Apolo had taken Elindil back to her tent. She had a Pegasus of the Dark Army come in and try to kill her. IOWW killed the pegasus, but Elindil convieniently ignored that act.

Mandalore must give a clear sentencing. Is Apolo worthy for punishment for his actions? Or should he be granted mercy?

Explain.

The noble lord will be aware that Elindil, as we have learned, was not conscious during this ordeal. It should be considered that she may not have been aware of what may have been taking place at the time.

Perhaps.

I was given that Apolo stabbed her in the back. And when I was given the rules for this RPG it said "No Back stabbing".

But even still, with her request of a "one on one" duel there were two more of her enemys.
IOWW
and
The Pegasus.

It was a three against one even if another had claimed not to be a part of it.

Where did we learn that? She was talking to me the entire time. Trust me, I heard the insults.

The pegasus wasn't on our side...infact, it wasn't until after we left that the pegasus came into play.

And it was Elendil who posted of the Pegasus's being.
