yeah but no matter what resizer I use it will be a lot blurrier. however it shouldn't be that hard to find a bigger picture of her
and it's a fairly bad thing. but I can stick with my Shepard siggy until I find a good pic of her

I know....most pics will lose quality once you resize them. I mostly use a blur tool but it doesn't always work as good 
I found out that photoplus actually has a resizer so I can resize on both computers that I use often.
