"How am I interesting? I mean I'm just...you what?" he asked at her pasue. he wanted to knwo everything she was thinking and feeling...everything

Crystal kept her eyes towards her feet and was usure what to say, "I... you... i mean... i think," she stuttered but then fell silent.

he took her chin gently and turned her face to look at him, "Spit it out Crystal."

"I dont know how," she replied, "I dont know how to say it."

 

[~Grateful * Surrender~]

he smiled and shook his head, "oh come on it can't be that hard,"

"Yes, it is because i've never felt this way before, ever i dont even know what this feeling is," she said confused.

 

[~Grateful * Surrender~]

"Oh," Niel was confused and he failed to hide it, "well...hum..." he leaned forward and kissed her gently, "I wish I could help." he whispered.

"Mabye you can," she said almost holding her breath, "how do you feel about me?"

He swalloed hard. he didn't quite know. it had only been three days. what if what he felt was just the rush of a new relationship or in his case his first. what if in time this feeling totally died off...what if? that question was so prominent in his life but now it popped up even more, "I..." he paused and wondered if it was what he should say, "I think I'm in love with you," he finally said.

Crystal gasped. He had said it, actually said it and she knew he was completely honest.

She looked up into his eyes, completely speechless but so happy.

oh boy. he had done it now. he had said it way too soon and...hge looked away from her and took his hand away from her face.

Crystal stopped him as he made to turn, she took one finger and gently moved his face so that he was looking directly at her, she took his hand and placed it back on her face the said, "I think I love you too."

he suddenly looked like he couldn't breath. what was this? some parallel universe where things just fell into place? it was wonderful but terrifying all at the same time.

Crystal couldnt read the expreshion on his face they were flashing so fast from one to another.

She could no longer feel his breath on her face and realised that he had stopped breathing.

"Neil, breath," i quietly reminded him.

he suddenly gasped realizing he hadn't been breathing. he smiled trying to steady his heart

She smiled back and placed her free hand over his heart, she could feel it racing under her hand.

'i don't," He breathed, "I don't know..." he closed his eyes and thought how to breath and speek. this was the first time for him...the first time for a lot of things.

"What," said Crystal softly, coaxing him to continue.

"I don't know," he forced the words out, "I...everything is so...unreal but wonderful." he finally said his eyes still closed.

"I know," was all Crystal said.
