she told me today... I wouldn't've understood it either

We got our report cards today and she doesn't think her parents will let her on much anymore...no worries, she always finds a way to sneak on lol

ic: Lily heard Victoria's voice in her head again. Frustrated, she yelled, "I'm up here, but I can't turn myself back!"
 
Lily grew even more frustrated. She thought as hard as she could: Can you hear me? When no reply came back, she tried once more, but it was no use. Out loud, but in a lower voice, she said, "I guess you're the only one with that power, Victoria."
 
"Alright.."

Lily relaxed her shoulders and felt a calmness flood her. Slowly her fear of her new power slipped away, and this time she felt as if she'd been shut in an oven, the heat was so strong.

When Lily opened her eyes, she was astonished to see she was visible again. "It worked!"
 
Lily looked doubtfully at Victoria. "Maybe," she said, "But honestly, what choice do we have? Right now it's looking like give up our powers or trust Mark. Maybe something will come up while everyone's making up their minds. You said we couldn't give up our powers until everyone was agreed, right?"
 
Lily shrugged. "We've seen the attic, the basement, the kitchen, the dining room, some of the hallways and some of the bedrooms... I guess we could keep looking around, but that could be dangerous...especially if we run into Mark's dad. It's surprising we haven't already seen him!"

"Seems like the only place we haven't been in is Mark's room and his father's room." said Victoria with a gleam in her eyes.
 
Lily hesitated. "Maybe I should-" she gasped as the freezing cold sensation fell over her again. Raising a hand in front of her face, as expected she saw straight through it. "-practice," she finished.
