I certainly used to and I read somewhere here at Narnia Fans that Copperfox used as well. I used to play 1st Edition AD&D which had devils and demons as monsters. If I am not mistaken it was some Christian factions which objected to that and D&D complied and removed the devils in subsequent editions. Talk about over reacting. D&D is a game and there is nothing quite so satisfying as having your Paladin fight some devils!
 
I am so old, I remember when actual dragons were still prototypes. Knights were waiting around for something to do.
