Leila blinked out of her dream state, "You what? Dreamed about fighting? Its not a glorious thing ya know, and swinging on a rope to another ship usually means you'll get sliced through once you're on the other ship. I'd dream better."

"It's time to go to the Island of Faerience. That's where we will be fighting the biggest battles yet. Evil lurks there and we must defeat it there before it is allowed to corrupt our kingdoms. Please go to the first mate and tell him he needs to assign you quarters."

"No, I meant swinging from a rope to another ship," Kathryn said.

ooc: I did, but I was suppossed to be on a different ship. I was trying to come up with a logical reason to why a little girl would end up in the middle of the battlefield much later on.
 
"Admiral Klorin is everything ready?!" Rigel yelled.

"Yes sir!" the admiral replied.

"Raise the anchor! Were leaving now!"

Kathryn shrugged. "If you're fighting for something you believe in, it has meaning. I think that battling over money or treasure or a spouse or something like that is stupid. But if you're fighting to keep someone safe, or if you're fighting for a belief, that's what really counts. It makes you a hero."
 
Acela heard the announcment that the other ship was pulling up the anchor now. She wondered if the Constellation would bring up the anchor soon.

"No," Leila said shaking her head, "wars and battles dont make heros. They make jaded people. It doesn't matter what you believe in, once you take a life what ever you believe was right starts to whither away. And after the 50th you wonder if what or who you're fighting for was worth the souls you took."
 
Rigel felt the ship begin to move. As the wind began to brush against him he turned around and took one last look at the Kingdom he was leaving. "I'll come back...I must."
