Boring way? Germany is filming and cheating all the time. Like last time they played against Portugal and Ballack pushes a player away to head into the goal, or when Schweinsteiger hits the ground crying like a four-yearold when the other player wasn't even near him. Makes me sick if Germany wins. They're the ONLY team in EM who hasn't worked with blood, sweat and tears to get this trophy, so they don't deserve it.

Sorry; I'm a big sports enthusiast, doing pro sports myself, I know how frustrating it is when other people cheat.
 
First ten minutes: Germany definately better.
After that: Silva and one other spanish player switched sides: Spain became better and better!

As i typed this: Torres' goal :D That guy is faast! Lehman made the same mistake Rüstu made at Turkey vs German.

Lehman made up by saving the headball from number 15 of the Spain team (don't know who it was)

IT'S OVER, SPAIN WON!!!! HURRAY FOR THEM! They played very well and deserved it. Sorry, MF ;)

Fine. So I'm eating my own words! I wanted Germany to win but they just did not play right at all. I did not see Podolsky at all. Close wasn't even close. And I don't know why the coach brought in the ghost of Mario Gomez. Even the real Mario missed some really good chances in group stage, why bring in his ghost? Ballack could have done better but I guess they wanted everyone to do as much as they could, and in doing so, no individual player did anything extraordinary.
So if I am ojective, Spain played really well, not just this final but throughout the entire tourney. They deserved the win. Period.
 
Yep, Spain won and they deserve it. How long ago has Spain been into a final????? I expected Germany would win but they didn´t. Spain played better. They had more chances (from what I read on the news) and they attacked more often and defended better. So Madrid is celebrating like many spanish cities.
I'm glad after Greece (2004) there's another unexpected winner because 99% of the times the winner is already known before the tournament starts............. :rolleyes:
 
Yes Greece was a surprise! A big surprise but what can you expect with a GERMAN COACH?????? :p :p One of the guests at the hotel was happy when Greece won. She came from the same town as the coach. That was 4 years ago already :eek:
 
I did tell ya Spain had a good team this year, didn't I? ;)

Spain's final was awesome. Germany had no chance, and they did just right by locking Ballack up. Ballack is the guy who holds the German team together, thogh; I have to say, Germany did a good match. Spain just did it better. Fernando Torress hasn't been especially good this year, therefor, I got alittle nervous when I found out Villa wasn't going to play against Germany. But seems like Torress got the pieces together ...
