Fave hobbit?

hm.. lets see...
in answer to some of our wonderings, (theres more, i jst havent gotten that far yet...)
in chapter two.. gandalf says regarding hobbits
"... soft as butter they can be, and yet sometimes as tough as old tree roots. i would think it likely that some would resist the rings far longer than most of the wise would believe...."

heh... heres something that frodo says that reflects my feelings of hobits...
" should like to save the shire, if i could- though there have been times when i thought the inhabitents too stupid and dull for words, and have felt that an earthqake or an invasion of dragons might be good for them../.....'

who has a quiz? where is it! i love takng those things... (and getting the results that say 'congrats, u are a genus,... ect.')

FRODO IS THE BOMB!... wll say again elijah did a good job with him,... its not his fault that he wasnt the best persone for that role...

smeagol is really... pitiful... i thinks... he was good... :)
 
I like all the hobbits really, but then you find out who they are in real life...are the way they live. And i can't help it but my opinion of them in the movie starts to drop.
 
I can easily seperate the actors from the characters. It is a movie and lots of people are losing their interest in LOTR because the movies are over. That is not unusual. But my love for the hobbits is not based on the actors. I already loved them in the books :D

HEY!!!!!!!!! yes i couldnt resist :p I hadnt read the books before i saw the movie ( i saw TTT first so i HAD to read the Fellowship so i knew what was going on) but reading the books only got me more obsessed with LOTR and Hobbits, like Pippin :D I will never EVER lose my interest in LOTR. That is an intrest that is here to stay

Yeah, many have not read the books before the movies but that is okay. And we share this obsession. I do love hobbits and Pippin too ;)
 
er... seperate what? did i miss something? i am a bit tired so i know thats possible... (also to lazy right now to go back and try tro figgure out what..)

Rohan Princess was talking about the actors in reality and how it can influence someone's opinion. But I told you should seperate the actors from the movie characters.
She has not lost her inetrest in LOTR, neither have we. So, you don't have to read the whole topic back anymore.... :p :D
 
i dont know my favorite i like pippin but then i like sam too... i like them all :D

yes pip, i agree. hobbits are..... hobbity.
hmmmm... perhaps u have met afore, pip and peterlover... in a world o fantasy... i thinks we all have, in a way.....if u followme?
