I agree he's too old to play Caspian, even for Dawn Treader.
I however could see him voicing Jewel the Unicorn. Or if he's not into voice-over jobs... he could forseeably even play Tirian. But that wouldn't be for a few years and then he'd have to pull off being 25-ish or so. It would depend on how he ages in the next few years I guess.
And that's if he's even interested.
