"Olivia, I dont know for sure, it just appears to me that he is crazy about you. Dont go spreading that around though, I could be getting it all wrong." She said wishing she hadnt brought it up, she didnt want to get her hopes raised and then have them crushed if she was wrong.

Olivia stared at her, her mouth gapping open. She closed her mouth and swallowed. "Wh...what?"

Samuel raised an eyebrow. "You think?"

"yah I think," Paul glared up at Samuel, "She has those jock friends of hers that...yah....like I said, watever."

 

[Sunshine]

"So? The only reason she puts up with you is cause she likes you." Samuel said.

"Olivia!" She said. "Calm down. I told you I dont know for sure." She said looking down at the path in front of her. Her mind turning back to pretty much the only conversation she and Samuel had had over the last past hour.

Olivia looked at Christine, "lets keep going." She said, chaning the subject. She couldn't believe that Paul liked her.

Christine nodded, sighed and followed her.

She looked over at Christine, "you really think he likes me?" she asked, smiling slightly.

Christine looked over at Olivia and nodded, "Yes, I do."

Olivia looked ahead. Her smile growning. "Why do you think he hasn't told me?"

"what so you like me too then by your logic...dude that is a little more than creepy," he said tryign to be goofy again. did she like him?

"I dont know Olivia, why dont know ask him?" She suggested. "Can we take a break." Christine was in very good shape as she was a dancer but still she thought they may as well, they were already so far ahead of the guys. Plus her parents wouldnt be happy if she twisted something or anything like that.

"I put up with you cause I feel sorry for you," Samuel said, smirking.

Olivia stopped. "Ask him? Can you ask someone something like that?" She had no clue how these things worked. She'd never had a boyfriend, much to almost everyones disbelife.

"I dont see why not." She said, not knowing much about it herself. She would probably never ask, but she was shy, Olivia usually wasnt. She sat down and leaned against a tree.

Olivia sat down beside her, "maybe I'll ask him. But if he doesn't wouldn' that make things awkward?"

"I suppose." She said honestly.

Olivia sighed, "I think I'll just wait and see what happens. What the point when we'll both be leaving in two months?"

"Do dont expect to loose contact with him do you?" She asked. "You better not loose contact with me too." She said. "Sam said you would all...." Christine broke off. "Nevermind." She said quietly. "So are you planning on falling off the face of the planet when you move away?"

Olivia smiled slightly. "Well I am going to California, unless I live in Paul's closet." she smiled, "I wont lose contact with any of you, and I'm hoping to be going to a college on the east coast instead."
