How do YOU say "Happy Birthday"?

How do you say "Happy Birthday" in your language? If there is a song, is it the same melody as the English song?

If there's anyone who doesn't know, "Happy Birthday" in English goes like this:
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you.
Happy birthday dear ____,
Happy birthday to you.

Here's the music to "Happy Birthday" in English (this contains the original words): Good Morning

Also, are there any traditions that your culture has for birthdays?

we, in The Netherlands, often use your "Happy Birthday" song to, just sing it in English.

Sometimes (especially with small children) we sing this:

Wel gefeliciteerd
Wel gefeliciteerd
Wel gefeli wel gefeli
Wel gefeliciteerd

on the same melody:D it also means the same.

but if we say "Happy Birthday" we say: Fijne (means happy) Verjaardag (means birthday) or we say: "Gefeliciteerd" (means congratulations)

Even though we always sing it in English here is the maltese version

And QA48, for the sake of the non-spanish speakers, could you translate the second part? (I got about 3/4 of it, but knowing my spanish expertise, I probably made some big mistake).
 
In french, it's :

Umm well, in the Caribbean(I live on the Island of Tobago.) they don't really sing in a different language but they sing it like this:

"Happy Birthday today
May God bless you we pray,
Live for Jesus dear ________
May He bless you always."

Then theres another way too:

"Birthday greetings to you,
Only one will not do,
Born again means Salvation,
How many have you?" Then you ask the person who's having the Birthday if they have 2 birthdays.(Meaning are they saved.)
