Just because someone wears makeup doesn't mean they NEED it. I see women who don't wear any and look awful, and they need something to bring out their features.

I hate foundation and powder...I have this friend who wears very heavy cakelike foundation and powder and I'm trying to figure out how to tell her that she doesn't 'need' that heavy look. It looks bad because her face is sort of a different color from her neck!
