How many of you girls are "girly girls"?

If a girlygirl likes dresses and heels, do guyishguys like suits and ties? If so, I'm a guyish guy. I love wearing suits. It's like, oh, I could be hiding a knife in my jacket and you wouldn't knooooow!

yeah have you taken your medicine yet today?

do any of you who are "tom-boyish" have older or younger sisters who are so..... girly. like before they leave the house they come to you and ask if they match or if their make-up is smeared, or if their shoes match their shirt or if their ponytail matches thier shirt, or........... both my sisters do that and it annoys me so much!! are any of your sisters like that?

I am not a 'girly girl' as you put it. I avoid wearing skirts and dresses as much as possible, and I wear no makeup whatsoever, other than chapstick. (Mmm chapstick!) I don't particularly LIKE being sweaty, but I doubt anyone really does. And the only reason I mind is because when I'm sweaty, it's because I've been out there playing tennis hard, and it's about 1 and it's deathly humid down here. The sport that I otherwise like to do- swimming, you DO sweat in it, but you kinda can't tell, since you're in water. Umm, I live in basically jeans, t-shirts, and hoodies, but sometimes I'll wear other shirts, but I used to not have any... (oops) But now that I've gotten some, I think I might look a bit more like a girl that way. If I carry a purse, it's because I need to carry one for some reason, I remember a convo with my friend:

"You're going to carry a purse?!"

"Yeah."

"That's.. not like you..."

"It's only cuz I need something my music will fit in...."

 That's so like me.

YES!!!!!! Both my older sisters do that to me all the time it drives me crazy!!!!!!

I guess I'm both.
I love to flirt, and make-up is my LOVE.
My favorite hairstyle is banana curls which
is basically hardcore girly-girl.
BUT. I love roughing it up. I love mud fights
and rain & dirt. I am actually the top member
of our school's Soil Judging Team for FFA. :)
It's actually really hard, but you get hott &
sweaty & dirty, because you are down in dirt/mud
pits all day. Anyway, I love camping & being outside.
And playing football!!
But I usually wear jeans & t-shirts, and flip-flops.
I love heels though. And skirt-suits are so fun. :)

I am a girly-girl but this year i am goin to Jr high and I will promble wear jym shirts and nike shooks and tee shirts

It also depends on the seasons or events you're going to be at. I actually do not like skirts. If I'm going to a wedding obviously I won't be in a shirt or shorts. During the summer you want to keep cool anyways. So today it's a cute little pink tank ( ahahaha pink) and jean shorts with Skechers slip ons.

And girls on your wedding day, you WILL probably be girly no matter how much of a tomboy you are now.

i manage to even screw dressing up nicely :D

and yes the sneakers were also present at my graduation and brother's wedding mwahaha

Well if hating bugs or spiders counts as girly I think most girls here would say, yeah, that's me. Tonight in my front yard one of the water pipes burst and the water was running down my yard and down the block like a river. I had no idea how to shut the thing off. ( yes, I can fix a few things and decorate my house but I can't figure out some of the things MEN are supposed to take care of). I lifted up the lid on the water main thing to see if there was a way to shut it off, and there were spiders in there. I screamed so loud that one of the neighbors came over and said, " Are you allright?"

But I had him shut off the water. I should probably learn how to do that kind of manly stuff.

ME TOO!!!!!!!!

I thought of a good Narnia comparison of a girly girl versus a tomboy or more practical girl. Think about ARAVIS and LASRALEEN from the HORSE AND HIS BOY. One was VERY girly and the other was very practical.
