Thanks- I have had a blast thus far, and I have been refreshed and encouraged by a number of folks here. I am being stirred up to work on my stories again :) , as it has been several years since I put any real time and effort into them.

I have really failed in my assumed role as a Narnia greeter this year. I am sorry to those I missed. I will try to get back to it. First by welcoming Firefly.

Welcome, Nathan. MALES are definitely welcome here, since at present the girls have us outnumbered at least by three to one. Let me offer you a way to facilitate your getting acquainted. If you go to the major section called Professor's Writing Club, you can find in it a topic thread called "Sonnets Here, In-House." Almost all of the poems in there are descriptions of past or current members of TDL.
 
Yeah, dlf is normally accompanied by the :eek: smilie here at TDL. But that is only because it also stands for dangerous little fiend the creature who inhabits the mod lounge.
