Introduction Thread II

While you cannot get the ten posts you need to become a junior member and have a signature/avatar in the Land of the Duffers, I would strongly suggest going there. Just about anywhere else will provide information, or a place to argue points.

It frightened me so badly that it took me about a month before I first went there...

Welcome, Claire! :) I hope you'll enjoy yourself here!

Hello Paravel_Queen, I am Lava (or LJ, Jean, or any other host of names that I have had in the past) nice to have you here.

Thanks everyone! I'm really looking forward to my time here.:)

Welcome Claire and welcome Paravel_Queen! Hope yall will have a blast here! If you have questions feel free to ask! The welcome section at the top has info that should help orient you to the ways of TDL. I'm glad you're here!

ShastaTheSecond here

Hello, my name is ShastaTheSecond. I am brand-new to NarniaFans, although I have visited NarniaWeb before (check it out here; it's great--except the forums are SOO slow).

I have been a massive fan of Narnia ever since I was introduced to LWW when I was in 2nd grade. In fact, I reread The Horse and His Boy a few days ago.
I am 13, although in a little while I will be 14.:)

I am also a fan of the Narnia movies, and I LOVED Disney/Walden's LWW. And I am probably even more excited for PC than LWW, although some of the adaptation aspects are a bit questionable [Susan/Caspian romance, the White Witch conjuration, etc.]

I chose the name ShastaTheSecond because of all the characters of Lewis's incredible series, Shasta/Cor is whom I can most relate to. And, he's also one of my favorite characters (but I don't really know who's my #1 favorite).

Hello, could you be my friend? :)

Hi there Shastasecond! Welcome to TDL! I hope you'll like it here! Welcome Cloud as well...I talked to ya on the chat yesterday and saw you registerd. Glad you came aboard! Blessings to you! If yall have quesetions don't hesitate to ask.

Hello. You can call me Galad, I suppose. Until they know me better, most people just call me "Hey you" or "get out of my way".

I can't remember a time when I had not read the Chronicles of Narnia. I grew up with them and adored them. And only after I turned ten did I realise how incredibly preachy they are. Despite their evangelistic tone, I still enjoy them.

Well... elen sila lumenn' omentielvo, everyone.
