It seems that no matter the percentage, if there is a tiny bit of Irish heritage, that individual trumps around as if they were completely Irish.

I have nothing against that personally, but I just wonder why that is. I don't really recall anything from Ireland that is positively great (realisticly speaking), so why are we so proud?

I understand pride in America, I mean c'mon..theres no need for an explanation there.

I told her about TDL and she said she needed a new forum to visit ... and then she got addicted, even though she hates the movies and makes retching noises wenever I mention them.
[We went to see Prince Caspian together when it first came out. The ride home = NOT a pretty picture! ]

lol yeah me and my best friend Cara (she is on here too... Beloved Daughter of Jesus) and we went to go see LWW and PC in the theaters opening night... LWW was amazing and PC we were just disappointed...

LWW was SO amazing ... but with PC I wasn't VERY disappointed, I mean they did everything they could with the script, you know? It must have been difficult turning a book which is 75% walking and talking into an adventurous film.
