EDIT: Fred/GG, Photobie can use Photoshop filters, that's what I used for most of the effects. The weird "blobby looking" things are actually a dingbat font that I like.

Gimp once made my pc act weird. It opened photoshop 20 times. 20 windows popped up and then it opened paintshop multiple times and I couldn't do anything on my pc Here I didn't have problems but I never used it

I un-installed it on the 2nd day. Photobie works for me and Photofiltre is easy as pie....so I'm sticking with them.
