King Miraz - UPDATE: Miraz has been cast!

hi I'm new here and I am exploring the news part and the forum. wow this is big news. do we know for sure that its true? where did the info come from

if it is true I say its good.

He looks perfect. I think he will be good.
:)
Doesn't hardly look old enough to have a 26-year-old son, but of course Caspian is his nephew ...

He looks like he would fit in well for the part of Miraz. We'll have to wait and see.

By the way, Thornbut, welcome to TDL. If you can, hop on over to the introduction thread in the Tea with Tumnus section and introduce yourself.

So narniafans heard it from IMDB? hmmm

No, NarniaFans and NarniaWeb heard the story (most likely) directly from either Walden Media or Disney. Their news (except for NW's April Fool's Day joke) is all true, and not gotten from IMDB.com.

Sometimes, it's even gotten from a member here who has close connections to the production; so the news is true. I don't think Paul (Specter) or those at NW.com would trust to IMDB.com's info unless they knew themselves it was true.

oh ok. i guess i got confused becuase narniaweb says it is a "narniaweb exclusive" on the frontpage

anyway, this actor looks good for the part of miraz. i wonder how he will look in costume?

I can pass off for a Brit. I've done it before, with Eldest. But I can also act as an American, like in Miss Congeniality.

so narniafans got it from narniaweb who got it from...hmmm. well since apparently no one at the studio has denied it, it must be true.

i wonder if this Miraz guy will do his own fighting or if it will be a stunt double.

oh, now sopespian has been cast. and the info was reported by the official website.

I wonder why the didn't hiding the casts like the four Pevensies in LWW before those movie being released

I believe that his name was leaked, and then the name was officially announced, because it draws away from the fact that it was leaked.

It sounds better if papers and news reports say "It has been announced that..." rather than "It seems that ... has been leaked..."
