ooc - darn... i have to go.... its time for bed... must get up for school in the morning... but tomorrow is the beginning of reviews for exams so yeah... that means no hw :cool:
 
There was a knock on Bella's door. It was Hildegard, she had the dress ready for the banquet.
"Thank you, Hildegard," Bella said, wiping at her cheeks.
Not wanting to talk about it, she closed the door in her face.

IC: Jadie sat near some flowers. They lighted up, and looked pretty. Jadie liked this sight.

She flew up to the cstle and walked through the halls. She went to the room, and hid her wings under her clothes. She didn't want people to see her wings. Then they treated her differently, like if she was "special" or something. She wanted to be treated normally.

Hildegard wandered away.
"Strange girl," she muttered to herself.

IC:
Meanwhile, the throne room was all prepared, King Herod had sent out the guest invitations and many nobles and royalty arrived.
King Herod was in his grand royal clothes, his crown neatly polished. He sat on his throne, his youngish queen beside him.
The tables were spread out before them in an inner square motion around the throne room, so in the middle there would be room for entertainment and dancing.
He glanced at where his daughters would sit, eyeing Prince Dirk who sat on the opposite side of him, picking his teeth with a bone idely while waiting.

Bella straightened her gown, sighed and fixed the tiara atop her head.
She prepared herself and walked through the large doors.
 
Bella continued her slow walk into the ballroom, looking at all the guests assembled.As she walked towards her Father, she noticed Dirk sitting next to him. He was picking his teeth with a bone.
Charming.

Behind the door stood Hildegard, holding a light yellow dress.
"Sorry I'm late, dear," she had stated. "But, I had to make your sisters dresses too."
She held it out to Elisabeth to take.

IC:
Prince Dirk stopped picking at his teeth as he saw Isabella. He waved her over to sit by him.
He saw Elisabeth enter and murmured to King Herod, "You know, Elisabeth is at the age for arranged marriages. My younger brother, Eric is her age."
King Herod smiled falsely and said to Dirk through gritted teeth, "You have already taken one of my daughters, I shall not let your family have another."
"Oh, it isn't a question of having and letting, it's one of taking and wanting. Something my father taught me," stated Dirk with a sly smirk and gulped down some wine from a goblet.

" thank you and now I'm going some were I can read my book and if you need me you know were to fine me" she said kiss him then walk off the the Libary
