Lost In The Dark: Halloween-Themed RPG

IC:
Mike nodded in response before he and Ashe started walking down the corridor they had come down.

After a few minutes walking, Ashe and Mike stopped as they came to the cross-roads.
All of the ways looked the same but luckilly, Ashe and Mike knew which way to go. At least, they thought they did.

Ashe continued her way next to Mike... as she kinda thought they were going the right direction.

"Mike...you know, I didnt trust you at first.." ashe felt she had to say this, and when she did, she felt better in a certain way... Now he was the only company she had in such a terrible place.

The turned to the right, quick but unsure, she prayed for it to be the right way.

Mike stood by Ashe as they walked sidwe-by-side down the corridor.

Mike glanced at Ashe slightly, noticing a guilty expression on Ashe's face after she admitted she had not trusted him.
He glanced back down the corridor.
"It's okay, Ashe. I get that a lot," he replied casually.

Turning to the right, the two teens trekked onward, passing by several more statues and paintings half-shown in the dimly lit corridor.
There was a blue door to the left of them and an open doorway leading to darkness on the right. Ahead the corridor continued to stretch.

she pick it up wondering were it came from.

Mikki opened the piece of paper and saw in blood-written letters a creepy message.

YOU SHALL DIE HERE...

The letters were still wet, becoming disorted as they ran down the piece of paper.
Mikki could hear eerie child-like laughter once again all around her.

She smiled a bit more with his answer. And stopped glacing from the blue door to the open doorway.

She seemed unsure and scared. She glanced at Mike like for him to decide.

Ashe had a bad feeling about this.

Mike stopped as Ashe stopped, he had not noticed her smile at him beforehand.
Mike glanced back at Ashe.
"Well, we can always keep going," he stated with uncertainty.

She smirked slightly at his statement.

"Where to?.." She asked. Montioning slightly to both ways.

She kept her slight smirk and crossed her arms...

"Im not sure, but something tells me we're not safe, in any of both ways.."

Mike nodded in the affirmative.

"You're right, but we would not be safe here, either," he stated after he heard a whispy cackle and looked around in fear.

But, the cackle soon stopped and the trwo teens were once again in quiet.

"Guess we had better go that way," stated Mike, pointing to the Blue door.

Mikki wanted to get out of the room quick as she can.

OOC: well, you contrl her. lol.

IC:
Mikki urged herself to move forward, discarding the piece of paper as she left the room, shutting the door behind her, as if that would stop the ghosts.

She was once more in the corridor, but found herself in a differant area. She saw a golden door in front of her and the staircase back downstairs was gone now too, replaced by a corridor.

Ashe nooded a bit slowly and freaked out. The noise had got her on that state again. She breathed in... reaching slowly the door knob, and began to turn it as she breathed out.

The crack of the door was as expected, very very, cracky and spooky. She opened but didnt look inside just yet.

He stood behind Ashe as she opened the door.
"Well, what's in there?" he asked Ashe.

ic: Mikki didn't know what to do now she was lost an d confuse aboule all of this.

As Mikki was wondering what to do, she heard a low groan come from the corridor in front of her.
The sound of metallic footsteps came to Mikki's ears and was steadilly growing nearer.

She didnt reply.
"Lets look at the same time.." she said something a bit nonsence, but she was very scared.

She let go the door knob getting ready to look and head inside.

Mike had agreed and was ready.

Ashe opened the door fully and she and Mike glanced into the room at the same time.
The room looked nice, or at least had looked nice at one point, but there were many unlit candles around in candle holders and candlesticks. Above was a candleabra, it looked oldd and worn of brass.

There was a medium-sized bed on the right side wall of the room and an old pipe on the bedside table.

The two teens entered the room, noticing more detail.

The bed covers were dark blue and it had the feeling of being a man's room, the faint smell of tobacco smoke lingering in the air.
On a dressing table were various bottles of cologne and a few ties tucked in an open drawer.
By the door was a big wardrobe for clothes, the doors were closed but the detail of artwork in the oaken frame was exquisite.

Mike went over to investigate the bedside table.

And there she was again, Amazed.

She looked around and noticed Mike heading to check the bedside table.

Ashe, herself, headed to the dressing table. Grabbing one of the cologne bottles and opening it, that thing probably had more than 50 years, but it still smelt good.

But Ashe was curious, why that drawer was open...weird.

"What did you find?.." She asked Mike not turning and still staring at the ties.

"Nothing much, just the old pipe," stated Mike, now joining Ashe.
"But, I did find this," stated Mike, plopping down on the dressing table an old journal.
Ashe noticed it looked a lot like the one from the Study.

"Found it tucked under the pillow of the bed," stated Mike without interest as he wandered from the dressing table over to the big wardrobe.
