She is the Emperor's hand, she like his assasin, she dose what ever he wants, after the emperor diea she trys to kill Luke but she eventaly marrys him, I dont think the books are as famos as the movies but I like the books

Ok, the Petra/Obi-Wan marriage is something I fantastized (sp?) It's told in my story: Star Wars: A Brave Spirit. In reality, Obi-Wan wasn't married, Petra didnt' exist, and Mara was not born to the couple.

no, George Lucas only wrote the ones for the first three movie, the books are writin by people who got his permisin to write Star Wars books, so of them are really good, but some of them aren't, if you want to read some I can recomend the good ones
