MGGT,do you know if theres a way to change the color of brushes in GIMP,please?I think GIMP works just like photoshop..or so my friend tells me.

Do you know how to select a background color? If you have set the background color to black, your brushes will be black. Do you change your background color to white, your brushes will be right

I have quite a few..but no sparkles except the ones in my avvy.And the ones on Arwen Undomiel won't work no matter how hard I try.
