Just then, they saw a gargoyle , which had been listening attentivly in one of the trees of the courtyard, fly away. A spy, no doubt, sent by the General. The spy-gargoyle had heard every word, and was now flying away to report the news to the General.( :eek: )
 
Susan walked back up the stairs to where her sister and Jadie had been, and was surprised to find Sir Godfrey there. "oh my!" she exclaimed. "Sir Godfrey! when did you arrive? do you have news of my brothers!?"
 
Crystal awaited the General's return. Currently he was receiving the news from his gargoyle-spy. She hoped it would include some information.
 
"Oh, Queen Susan, I mean Susan, where did you go?" Jadie asked.

Oooc: I've been gone and didn't know you guys were posting, sorry I don't have anything good to say

"I was just seeing what the General wanted." Susan said "where did Sir Godfrey go!?"

ooc: dont wry. i was gone for a while too, we'll just pic it back up.
 
"Oh, he, he just left, and what did the General want?" Jadie asked. "And, and I think I just saw a gargoyle-one I don't know,somtimes I imagine things," Jadie continued. She didn't know if it was real or she was seeing things.

"the General said that Crystal demanded a meeting with my brothers. that gargoyle was probably one of Crystals spies. oh i do hope they get home soon!" Susan was extremely worried for her brothers. It was even more dangerous in the forests now taht Crytal was on the look for them.
 
"I dont know if we should go out and look for them, or stay here and wait.where did lucy run off to now!?" Susan suddenly realized that her younger sister was no where in sight.
 
"Maybe we should look for them, but we would probably need Sir Godfrey, or Lucy," Jadie suggested, not sure if she should become any part of this.

"Greetings Queen Susan, and greetings lady Jadie".-"I hagve word of your brothers, they have engaged Calormene troops at the Castle of Anvard"-"I have reports that the enemy's strength is growing and the battle has turned ill". Godfrey now sighed as contiued "I have grave news about King Edmund, he has been wounded badlly".-"I'm afriad he must see a surgeon soo, but your dear brother is strong headed and he contiues to fight in the battle".
 
ic: well they couldnt have gone far. maybe i should blow my horn to signal for help!?

ooc: are anyof the other ppl on right now to join!?
 
"oh dear!" susans eyes welled at the thought of her brothers in battle and especially ed being hurt. "we should definitly call for help!"

"My dear Queen, I shall go and help your brothers".-"But Cair Paraval shall need protection, therefore I think you should call for help".

"Well most of your brother's army is holding well, but the enemy numbers grow with each passing moment"- "I advise you call for the strongest of beasts to go and head to the Castle of Anvard"- "And by the lion's mane I hope it will help". Godfrey now stood with serious facve awaiting the Queen Susan's desition.
