I have to agree with inkspot. I thought that Ben was too old for the part, and he lacked the innocent youth-like personality of Caspian in the books. His accent seemed fine to me (but then again, I'm not a Spanish accent expert!).I will say, Ben did better than I thought he would in PC, and he seems to be a fine actor. But I do still think he was too old for this role, and his accent was funky. Also, I don't think he exhibited the humility Caspian has in the book, nor the love for Old Narnia. It seems in the film he just grasped the Old Narnians as a way to get back at Miraz and become king, at first at least.
The only thing I was pretty dissatisfied with was the fact that he seemed kind of weak in comparison to Peter doing most of the battle with Miraz, etc.
I mean, Peter got Miraz all tired and then Caspian was the one that---after Peter's work and fight---was supposed to kill Miraz.
I guess Peter was supporting Caspian, and that is true to the book, but still, it seemed kind of strange.
