Nope! Best I can do is the bowties that are already done up, you just need to clip them on.

TPBM has shirts from multiple fandoms (my Christmas present from my cousin finally arrived, after being lost in the Time Vortex, stolen by Daleks, nearly given to the Sun of Akatan and rescued by the Doctor. It was a 10th Doctor shirt with the TARDIS and "Allons-y" on it.)
