Poor Animals...

I always thought leftist thinking was interesting and hypocritical...for a couple years before transferring to a state university I attended a women's college near Berkeley...and I remember how they'd be like, " Don't wear fur or leather and don't eat meat..." But, it's okay to smoke cigarettes til you choke charcoal, drive cars that were unhealthy for the environment, and live in a dump that was an eyesore to everyone around them.

I eat meat too and while I respect vegetarians, especially those who are vegans, I can't give up my chicken and fish and lean beef. Or stop wearing leather :D

T, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you yet due to missing you there at the Celtic Festival, but I'd rather you not die in Berkeley. There are other ways to die LOL. And not at the hands of animal rights activists! :D

But just think of this: the Berkleyites trying to kill me would have to be very careful....for the moment I was dead I would be.....meat!

Not only was Ginger a bad cat, she was a really bad cat; one of the most treacherous of the evil talking animals. I seem to remember she met a particularly disgusting end.

No, I don't think he did...all that was said about him in the Last Battle ( it was a he cat, LOL, not a she cat) was that after he got frightened by Tash in the shed, he just ran off and was never heard from again.

ya i know! whoops! Yes I think we should respect those who eat meat too.
 
Here's one thing that bugs me. People who hit animals with their cars and never bother to stop at least ( unless you're in traffic or there's cars behind you and you can't slow or stop) and then don't bother to go back to move the thing to the side of the road. I once hit a raccoon and felt so awful...it just darted out in front of me and there was other cars. I went back there and when the road wasn't busy, wrapped the raccoon in a blanket and moved it to the side of the road. I just couldn't leave it there. I hate seeing roadkill!!!
