Ad yes it looks like the movie will rock, it takes on darker tones than it's predecessor too...
 
Georgie's grown up quite nicely. Skandar has really grown..... tall. Hmm.

I'm glad Anna and Will are pretty much the same... I mean, in the book, only one year passed, but nothing's perfect. I'll deal.

I'm a bit too lazy to go back and search the twenty pages of this thread, but I have a question about Jadis... I thought her friggin' head was bitten off by Aslan in LWW! :confused:
 
^Yeah...but I guess you could still call her back up..even if she died like that.

I was thinking this morning, I wonder if we'll be able to see Mr. Tumnus again. ;_;

Well it has been 1300 years in Narnia since their last visit so to anwer that question we have to ask another one which is just how long do fawns live anyway? Centuries? Mileniums? Forever?:confused:

I wonder why time worls in such a funky way in fantastic worlds such as Narnia, Oz etc?

That was the coolest trailer EVER.... :eek: I didn't see it until today because the sound on my computer wasn't working. O.M.G.
 
Another problem I had with the trailer: They show Jadis in the ice, and they Caspian reaching his hand out to her.

;_; whats the deal with that? or maybe I saw it wrong...hm..but Im pretty sure Im right.
 
Ok, here are some answers possible answers:
Jadis is probably an adaptation of the fact that in the book, Nikabrik the dwarf brings a "Wer-Wolf" and a hag to Caspian's council and kind of offer to bring Jadis back to help Caspian against Miraz and the Telmarines. So there is Jadis.

Tumnus cannot be in the movie because by the time Susan and Edmund (as Queen and King)visit Calormen (the city of Tashbaan), Tumnus was already a "middle-aged" faun. So he probably does not live for centuries and centuries.

Anyway, it's been like 8 hours since I watched the trailer again and again, so I need to go watching again, and again, and again, and... you get the idea!!

I still don't see what's the problem with having Tilda reprise her role as Jadis for Caspian. It's not like they're going to add her to the plot. I'm sure she's just included in the movie for temptation's sake. For a second there Caspian looks like he's mesmerized by her that is until Susan finally breaks whatever temptation there was by breaking the ice. It's obvious from the trailer.

Oh and this little guy does not look like Mr. Tamnus in any way:

I for one don't mind any of the little additions to the plot. They made a great LWW so I trust them to make a great PC. I think this Jadis thing will be very interesting.
 
For all you who've downloaded the trailer, you can do something hilarious with it. At the top of the quicktime thingy, go under Window and click show AV controls. once that thingy pops up, take the pitch slider and put it all the way to the top. VERY FUNNY!!!!!!!:D
