Prince Caspian Trailer

Aww really? Well, I guess I don't blame you, now if the theater was nearly empty... that might be a different story! :p

Did you like the movie?:)
That's what I was saying, but then it got PACKED!
But hey, if YOU shout when the actual movie comes out then I will. Then I won't feel alone. :D All the Narnia fans should shout when it comes out. Like "Aslan!" or something. :)
The movie was funny! Nicolas Cage has a reaaaally bland voice though. lol!

Seriously!! Man, I wish my parents had lots of random money hanging around so I could go and meet up with all of you guys... That would be AWESOME!!!

Maybe we should start a "Yell 'For Narnia and for Aslan'" campaign for the PC premiere. Put up random posters, post videos on YouTube, tell everyone on Myspace or Facebook or whatever.. Whaddaya think? :D

We need to get soem members of TDL together for premier and all shout when the movie starts. :)
sounds great!!!!!!! that would rock! we should get our own section...:D

that's a great idea!!!! just promote where ever we go...

Was that Jadis in the PC trailer?!! I thought I saw her. But Tilda Swinton isn't listed on the PC IMDB page..

I saw her too. I remember someone had mentioned that in the book some of her followers had her frozen in ice so that they could try to bring her back to life, but they never got the chance because of the big battle that had begun. I think that's in reference to that. I did read Prince Caspian and don't remember that part in the book but I did read it fast so maybe that's why or I was focused on something else in the book.

Well, that's not really in the book. The only thing you read about is Caspian and Nikabrik being accompanied by a witch and a werewolf. Of course, the witch is Jadis so they had to have called her back from somewhere.

The hag that is with Nikabrik in the "How" is just a normal witch. Nikabrik, the Hag, and the werewolf suggest that they bring the witch back to life. But Caspian says no, and when Nikabrik tries to do it on his own Caspian calls him a traitor and a battle ensues.

I just got to watch the trailer all the way through today, because my computer wouldn't let me, so I used the high-speed internet at the library. :D It looked really great, and I'm excited about the movie. The part with the Jadis seems a little weird, but oh well. I'm sure it'll turn out great.

I'll admit the thing with Jadis does seem weird, but it also looks to serve a purpose of dealing with some sort of struggle, which may be an internal struggle in someone, possibly Caspian. I have a feeling thats more to do with themes they are wanting to play off of from the books than anything else, or perhaps to put in new themes that are relevant.

I saw it before National Treasure too! It made the movie so much more worth it. Despite my (semi-irrational) fondness for Nicolas Cage, Prince Caspian is far more exciting.

It looks fantastic on the big screen! A lot more LOTR-style action than in the book, but maybe those are just the bits they chose to show.
