Rangers of the Dancing Lawn!

Maella sat next to the fire, sharpening one of her arrowheads. She saw Chloe heading out towards a man, but didn't take anymore notice to it. She would find out who the man was eventually.
 
"Chloe!" a hoarse whisper came from the trees, grabbing her arm. "You don't just go greet every cloaked figure that walks by! You've got to be more careful...and armed!" the middle-aged girl (25) tossed her some bows and arrows. "Stay close to camp...with that sour faced hairy creature called Saruman ruling its very dangerous!" she exclaimed. "I'll go check it out, but you all stay hidden! You never know who's lurking in the shadows..." Her blue eyes darted from corner to corner. "Shhhhhhh..." she dissappeared into the bushes. She had to find out who the person was...if he were a friend or foe, here for peace or to meet his death.
 
Stunned, Chloe stood their with the bow and quiver full of arrows in her arms. She watched the girl disappear. Shaking her head she regained composure, slipping the bow and quiver over her back.

Maella looked up and saw Chloe.
"Hello..." She replied," I'm Maella."
 
Before the knight knew it there was a girl around age 25 staring in his face, bow and arrow pointed straight at him. "Who are you, what is your buissness and why do you come?" she asked quickly and straight forward not even blinking an eye, keeping the arrow trained on him.

She quickly reappeard in front of Ulric. "What? What is this? Who are you?" the girl only touched Ulric and they both disappeared and reappeard on top of that same tree she was on earlier.

"Shhhh! not now! look!" she pointed down to the ground.

Another Army of black dwarves were marching out of Cair Paravel.

I'm going to go ahead and keep on narrating....

Ic-

"What is this? Who are they? and Why are you afraid of them?" Ulric whispered.

"Right now we can't talk. We must go to the cave," the girl said. She touched Ulric's right arm and they both teleported to a dark and humid cave, A wounded Ranger was on the floor. The girl, who Ulric stumbled upon, finally took off her hood.

"My name is Liandra. I be the head hunter of the Rangers. But none of that matters now. We have been outnumbered by the Wizard and his dark forces," she said.

"But I thought this was Narnia? I've heard so many things! Doesn't Aslan himself often walks the ground of this land?" Ulric asked.

"Well, those who are from Narnia know that he is not a tame Lion," Liandra said. She took a torch that was set up in a wall and lit another torch. "Narnia's new queen had just been crowned when the Wizard, Saruman, took her the night the Coronation ended. I knew he shouldn't have been let passed the front doors of Cair Paravel!"

"Dark days indeed, said a voice, a dark cloaked figure entered the room and knelt by the wounded ranger. "How is he?" She asked Liandra.

"Not well, I'm afraid." Liandra answered, "That arrow was poisoned, no doubt with a poison of Saruman's making!"

Elindil spat at the name 'Saruman', "Curse him!" She hissed, then turned to Ulric. "I am the leader of the rangers, you've met some of my men," (women ;) ) "We fight for Aslan, if you do, will you join us? We need all the help we can get."

"We have very few resources left. So please, if you bring anything from Archenland with you, please let us know!" Liandra said with a worried toned of voice. She turned to her leader, "Any news from the Pirates?" She was about to say more when she noticed a new face inside the cave...Who is this? Have you come to help us?" (I'm talking to your character, Chloe ;) )

ooc-gotta go. I'll be back later tonight!

The Room grew quiet as a cold wind entered the cave. "shhh..nobody say a word!" Elindil hissed. She motioned for Chloe and Ulric to grab a hold of the only two torches that gave light to the cave. After a minute of silence and staring footsteps were heard.

"They are here!" Liandra whispered. She took the torch that Ulric was holding, "help Maella with the wounded Ranger. We must leave at once!"

umm...I'm guessing you just make up a character and join in?
my chars name will be Jenna, she ran away when she was only 12 but ended up almost starving to death when it came winter time until Aslan took her in and let her live with him until she was the age of 16 where he took her to a kind pack of wolves where shes lived ever since and has made many friends with the other animals who live around their....though she gets slightly nervouse when around people...
ummm...is this ok? (I can change it if you want... :o )

Jenna was walking through the woods with one hand on Shyan, her loyal friend and protecter, they had become close friends throughout the years Aslan had taken her in.

IC-

Just as they were about to exit the cave they realized it was too late for them to escape. "Place Aries (wounded Ranger) to the far corner!" Elindil said. Without giving a command, Elindil, Maelle, and Liandra, all took out their bows and arrows and got into position at the same time. Step by step they retrieve back in to the cave. Chloe and Ulric looked at each other and did the same.

The steps kept coming closer and closer. The Rangers kept streching the string on their bow farther and farther. Any second, a slight loosening of their grip would send their arrows flying faster than the speed of light.

EDIT: sorry I just read through your posts. When I referred to "They are here!" I meant "enemies"
