"I cant get rid of it. Its the only thing that I have left of my father's memory. The ring helps me remember my past."
"So why in the world does the Wizard wants it fer it self?!" the Captain raised her voice a bit. She recieved death looks from all corners. "I guess his age be catching up to him."

"With this ring," came a deep voice, and they turned to see Gandalf approaching them, his hands behind his back. He paced towards them thoughtfully. "With this ring, and when the darkest hour of your trial approaches, you will have the power to protect your dearest friends from mortal dangers." Gandalf stopped and stared at Lucy, and smiled kindly. "Do not fear! For though Saruman desires this ring for himself, I doubt he will ever be able to gain it now. And he has crafted for himself a ring, and now calls himself Saruman Ring-maker!" The Wizard sighed sadly. "It is a tragic thing when one who was once so great and so wise forsakes wisdom in the pursuit of some greater path." The Wizard shifted his glance to Aravis. "Pirate captain, are you prepared for this battle?"

The Captain looked to both of her sides wishing that Gandalf was addressing someone else. She hated being the center of attention. *sigh* "Me? I haven't really had the chance to really let sink it. Jest like the rest of me life. I guess its a way to advoid fear or pain when the time come," the Captain said as she took a step backwards with every sentence she spoke.

Gandalf frowned. He came forward and whispered to her, so no one else could hear what he had to say. "Do I detect fear and doubt, Aravis? But why should you fear? What have you to lose in this battle? Will you not fight for Aslan?"

Aravis's heart beated wildly, she took of her hat and placed it on her chest as Gandalf came forward. "Of course I'll fight for Aslan, I'll fight fer me pirates as well, and fer the peace that should be reigning in Narnia insead of the Darkness that be terrorizing its people. I don't know I jest sometimes wish all this would end. There has to be deeper meaning in this life. I jest haven't found it. But I will! and I plan to do so. Maybe during the battle, maybe after the battle...but it will happen sooner or later," Aravis said. There wasn't a moment when she started at his eyes for more than two seconds. She was afraid of Gandal seeing right through her and letting her pirates know how sensitive she truly was.

Fyn placed a hand of the Captains shoulder. "We're all scared..." she whispered. "Just don't let the fear take over." she listened to what the Captain was saying and then out of nowhere Fyn hugged the captain.

ooc: AWWWWWWWW! HUGS!

The Captain hugged Fyn for a second but when she opened her eyes she noticed all the pirates and Rangers staring at them. "Alright, lets wrap this up before we all turn into sensitive girls! Lets get movin'. The sun is 'bout to come out in an hour or so and soon we'll be in danger."

Gandalf's frowned turned into a smile and a laugh, a laugh that could have set a whole kingdom in laughter. "Aslan is with you, and ere this war is ended, you will see him face to face." He turned to Fyn. "Both of you shall." He smiled again.

Both Fyn and the Captain smiled. "Will you join us Gandalf?" Fyn asked.

"Let us go now! I will be in this war to the end, for there is an old friend of mine, now a traitor, who will learn a good lesson in this battle. And hopefully he may change his tune after all is said and done."

Well right now we're going over to the rangers camp first.. Then we're going to 'ave fyn and a couple of the other pirates go to Cair Paravel to get Lucy's cordial and Susan's horn. We're bringing the Pevensies back. Though, we're not sure if they'll be coming...

Fyn took a deep breath, this mission'd be hard and she knew it, she had to keep her wit about her, and not let her fears take over. "I can do this..." she whispered to herself.

"With the Horn of Susan the Gentle, who knows what will come to pass? But treading the boundaries of Cair Paravel will not be easy, and even worse will it be to get inside its walls! Already the forests are burning. Saruman suspects an ambush from the Rangers, and has commanded all surrounding forests to be destroyed. Beware! He is a master in craftsmanship and with devices, and the works of his hands are not to be trifled with. Yet we have a greater hope still in this war! The Great Lion is with us!"

Emmy had never seen this person before (Saruman, i don't know your name  ). He seemed strange... she felt like she had met him before, but didn't know where.

ooc: I am two characters. I am Saruman, right now the King of Narnia, the main bad guy of the RPG so far. And here, I am Gandalf the White, a friend and aid to the pirates and rangers and knights and all those good guys. ;)

ooc: Thanks... that was confusing

ic: Emmy couldn't take her eyes off of Gandalf! He was mezmerizing, and she counldn't help but remember him from somewhere. "Aye, did ye ev'r heard o' the ship Moonlight??"

The old Wizard smiled at her. "I'm afraid I have not, Emmy. I am not altogether accustomed to the ways and the world of Narnia, for my dealings are meant for another place and another time. Yet here I am summoned, here to fight in this dark hour."

"BURNING THE WOODS!!!" Howled Twilight, coming up behind Ganalf. "So he learned nothing from his little experiences in Middle Earth, did he, never thinks about the Ents, does he? Or the dryads! Does he think about how many trees and people he'll be killin! We can't let this happen! We have to meet him before it happens! We can't wait fer help from the past, we have to fight NOW!" Twilight turned to the Captain, her dark brown Dryad eyes flashing fire.
