Rangers of the Dancing Lawn!

IC: *Grabs bow and quiver, straps on sword. "Men! (and women! :p) We are about to come under attack. Archers, line the trees by the road that they're coming on. Make sure you're well camoflaged, we'll shoot them down!" Elindil turns and mounts her chestnut war horse Hyko (Yep! That's my horsey! :D) "Remember, Uruk-hai armour is weak at the neck, and beneath the arm!" Elindil grabs her helmet, (she's already wearing amour). "You on horse back, follow me!"

The elven battalions Sean had left in Narnia after Saruman's conquest now lay in wait in the forests for Saruman's host to come... A stand and fight approach would be suicidal, but hit-and-run worked nicely. Meanwhile Sean girded his sword round his waist and walked calmy to the perimeter of the Ranger camp. Closer Saruman's hordes came...till the distant "TROMP TROMP TROMP" of iron-clad boots was heard...:eek:
 
Caim sighed. More of these pathetic lowlifes, crawling from the woodwork? He stood, and stuck his sword in the ground in front of him. "Caim... Shall we engage these maggots?" Caim shook his head.
 
*pulls helmet on* "Ready Hyko?" Hyko gave a small rear to say he was. "right," Elindil whispered, quietly drawing her sword. "Let's hit them where it will hurt the most. "The behind."

Meanwhile the twang of bows n' the whizz of Silverthorne arrows was heard. Shouts rose in the forest, mostly of screaming uruk-hai. "EEEEEKK!!!" "BWUAAAAAGHH!" "ELVES!SMASH 'EM!" "GRAB YOUR WEAPONS!" "SARU-MAAANN!" :D
 
*grabs a spear off another ranger and spears three Urak-hai at once! :cool: then I whip out my bow and ready an arrow, just as a troll picks my horse up! :eek:

:eek: Sean drew his sword and ran into the ranks of Uruk-hai with a "YAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHH!!" He gave a mighty arching swing, and many fell before his fiersome blade. :D The Uruk-hai captain grew angry now, and ordered in the Minotaurs upon his beliegered flank. A gaggle of hulking Minotaurs came charging in, mowing down any in their path.:D

T'was then a clap of thunder was heard...:D
 
And the troll (being scared of thunder) dropped the horse and he hurt his leg! :eek: Elindil drew her sword and wallopped off any feet that tried to step on poor Hyko! Then she saw GKoN being chased by mintors, and they had almost caught him!

A fell voice was heard on an evil wind, it sounded very much like Saruman's...Some Rangers and Elves began to swoon...and Sean bopped a Minotaur in the noggin w/ his sword pommel and a loud "CLANK!" "MOOOO!":D
 
"Hey Sean," *Bonks an ork.* "Do you remember..." *Wallops another foot off* "A certain PM...(shoots a monkey thing) ...that...(pulls out frying pan) ...was...(starts hitting the Urak-hai's with it)...called...(it's a hot frying pan by the way)...Piccies???"

"Indeed." Uruk-hai pikemen came in now, scuring foes at a distance...

ooc: Because I just remembered it and was thinking of how I could stick 'the eye' on top of Saron's tower, if I had the know-how. :p (which I don't...:() and then post it! heheheh!
