I read The First Four Years, but I don't think I've read any of the sequels by Rose.
I've never heard of the book, but I do have a collection of pictures of them. Almanzo's picture is the one I always use in my "vintage" wallpapers.
I have never seen a picture of the China Shepherdess, but I so want to. Do you think you can get a scan of it?
