Here is some Double Pistachio Turkish Delight that I brought back from Turkey. Imagine the honey sweetness of baklava but with lots of pistachios in a chewy mix similar to the consistancy of mochi (or soft but edible chewing gum for those of you that don't dig Japanese food) sprinkled with powdered sugar. (I turned 2 pieces on their sides so you could see what they look like without the powdered sugar.) Caution: It really is tempting... and addictive.
