Share with us your trips ;)

My mom my sisters and I went to the Phillipines about 9 years
ago...I remember it took a very long flight since it's so far away
and when we reached there it was so hot:(.

I've been... gosh. Nowhere. I went to Kentucky two or three times when I was little because we used to live on the border....

I've been to Tennessee.. I live there... Been to almost every interesting place here :P.

I have been to Chicago, if you count an hour in the Chicago airport being there :P... and I stayed in Kansas City once, so I went back and forth between Missouri and Kansas...

OH and I've been in Georgia, Florida, and Alabama... But really, nowhere :P.

Going back to Kansas some time soon though =D.

I REALLY want to go out of country. SO SO bad....

(Sighs nostalgically) The first time I ever kissed my first wife Mary was on August 10, 1975, at the conclusion of a drive down from western Wisconsin into northern Illinois.

I've been to Santa Clara,California for the National Youth Confereces
for about 3 years now,it's great!!! if you teens out there want
somewhere to go on your Summer Vacation,go to the NYC !!! :D
-Hosted by North Valley Baptist Church
(I repeat) It' s great!!!! it's about 4 1/2 days
The first day(Monday) your there we have to get grouped up into teams,
that same night all the teams are gathered together in there own
groups,then there's competitions,each team has a representative
to do the games then, while that is going on,the whole group has to
CHEER! CHEER! CHEER !--whichever team makes the most noise
gets the most points.
After all the games we have singing and Preaching.

the next day(Tuesday) we have breakfast at the church, then have more games, more preaching, then we go to a THEME PARK!!!
-California's Great America :D
after that more games at the church then more singing and preaching

the next day(Wednesday)we have breakfast at the church, then have more games, more preaching, then we go to a baseball game (sometimes in Okeland,California)
after that more games at the church then more singing and preaching.

the last day(Thursday) we get to see which team has the most points
and the winner of that year...

(oh by-the-way,each day there is a skit)
so at the final day we see the end of the skit.
then it's time to go home
would you say I had a great Summer? :D

My wife and I are taking our family to visit the Great Smokey Mountain National Park over spring break in a couple of weeks. Any suggestions on hikes or places to visit while there from anyone who has been there?

Thanks!

I was going to recommend your stopping by to get some Pigeon Forge Pottery, which I remember with fond memories as a child; but alas, I just looked it up and the owners have retired and closed the workshop...

Sorry -- I visited the Smokies ages ago and had fun, but I don't remember any of the names of the trails and things. We stayed at a place called, I think, Buckthorn Inn. I hope you have fun!

Right now my husband and I are on the island of Curacao, off the coast of Venezuela. It is a Dutch island and a desert island. Very fun. Of course we are both working, so we aren't having as much fun as we would on vacation. Oh well, Saturday is coming!
