It’s for a nutrition class - I had to keep a record of everything I ate for 4 days, then plug it into a computer program which said how many calories I needed a day and whether or not I was getting the nutrients I needed. So then I had to figure out how to change my diet to get all of the nutrients I was short on. Not too difficult, just time consuming.
