Spam Board II

I just dug me a wonderful hole, the bottom of which is lower in elevation than any of the spots around the rim, which is entirely the point of this deep subject.

Thing is, now I need to buy me a suite of furniture that goes well with freshly packed soil. Something in Earthy American or Chimpandell. Serious suggestions only....

The Lossiflare seems to be getting a lot of new names lately, which could mean one of two things.

1. New words can signify that a language is in a period of transition. In three months we may no longer be speaking identifiable English.

2. The Tree is in a period of transition (most likely shedding her needles in protest to the mass chopping of pine trees this season).

3. LoL is in a period of transition. Probably something to do with undercooked Thanksgiving turtle.
But I already said that language seems to be morphing along with its spelling... But YOU refuse to believe it, in your delusionalism.

It was grouse. Actually, there were a lot of us, so it was grice. With a delightful snake-skin dressing.

I'm partial to Early Mudstoogeon, myself.

Languages may transition. That does not mean that they abolish the use of Spell Check.

O most notable Spill Chick, we adore thee, for thou dost guide us into the path of truth--some of the time.

'Twas probably Derny, for I have seen horrendous typos in some of her posts. O Duffer Queen, we pray thee, go back and edit thy posts, for the Spill Chick desireth that thou enter the way of truth (yes, LoL, it is about truth, and you are clearly in the middle of a crisis of belief).

The resident forum postmodernist, re-creating the language again....

*hugs Spill Chick* There, there. It's all right. LoL doesn't mean to use nonexistent words like that.

Oh, but she does.

Sometimes they're just more expressive.

cf: Jabberwocky.

I have to say, I read Through the Looking Glass recently, and I was impressed by how...well...Dufferish it is. It is like Dufferland before Time.

In 593 B.D., Christmas was happy. People loved one another. They had parties and gave gifts. Now they hide in their closets for fear of the DLF. The world is slowly disintegrating....

Posting a random quote from a movie that I like in 3...2...1

Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.

Guess the movie it's from.

Hmm, I wonder.

I wish I could find my earbuds. :( I feel so lost without them! I can't listen to music, or to videos, or anything! *Cry*

Here they are. Sadly PotW coated them with cheese. He claims it will help their "electromagneticity" (assuming, of course, that there is such a thing).

...which is, after all, the first principle of every illogical theory in science.

So of course we should assume it. But then again, POtW is behind it. Oooo what a tough call...
