Maddie was busy eating lunch when heard her name over the intercom. Guess this can wait, she thought, wrapping her sandwich and putting it in her lunchbag. She sprinted to the room where Rich was. "Hey guys," she said, entering the room. "What's up?"

Little did the superheroes suspect that a bird flying back and forth outside their building was not a bird. It was a tiny robot, with sensors that were recording all data they could pick up, for purposes of later spotting and tracking the superheroes, even in disguise and in a crowd....
 
Picking up partial brainwave patterns on adversaries, the more-or-less mad scientist replied, refusing to abbreviate words and having fast enough fingers to text all of that. Once Pang Chien-Kuo, former Triad gang employee, had full brainwave data, a weapon he was planning should become usable against superheroes.

Evershift, the super-villain who was now the evil scientist's employer, was a master manipulator of minds; he could not READ minds, but he was immune to other people reading his, and he could usually make people believe what he wanted them to believe. The way he was financing Professor Pang's anti-superhero experiments was that he had lied his way onto a military base, convincing all the soldiers that Al-Qaeda was now America's closest ally and needed to be supplied with American weapons. The mind-controlled soldiers had handed all sorts of weapons over to him, and he had sold these to the terrorists--while at the same time influencing THEIR minds so they would never wish to attack him or his henchmen.
 
OOC: Hannah, Pang has a cunning cover identity, as a seller of athletic gear for whom Boom-Boom is a customer. Tell her that; the fake identity will appear to check out.
 
" Oh, a friend oh, just letting you know a seller of athletic gear is coming by later," she told her, getting up to walk over to the files " Hey, can you help me ?I'm looking for something,," she told her.
