Well of coruse. Every one knwos Misteltoe doesn't grow wild in Narnia. Miraz had that stamped out along with all magic .Why? He didn't WANT any one to kiss Caspian, less he fall in love, and then produce and heir and make it impossible for him to take the throne.

Good thing. You'll will clearly notice that the mistletoe looks fake. It was probably put there by some drunk Oompa Loompa just to spite the Narnia fans!
