Give me a good reason why!

There are no implications in the book that she ever has anything to do with the fighting. She may have had a sword in the movie but she barely used it! Maybe she would have been pretty good if she hadn't been cut from the Helms Deep scene but you really can't top Eowyn for girl warriors.
 
Lol GG.. I understand that regarding the books Eowyn is obviously the only one of the two who handles a sword.. however since it never specifies Arwen's profeciancy with a blade, we can not judge who would win, for all you know she was trained in the sword by her father Elrond for self defense. :)

I was mainly comparing Arwen in the films to Eowyn in the films, if they were to duel.. I would vote Arwen would win. :D

No I'd still go with Eowyn there, as I said, Arwen never did anything in the films and as intimidating as she might look I'd still say Eowyn would win :D
