She laughs " Yeah, I know just be glad that your mum didn't get remarried with three children," she told her.
"Hm, well i'm thinking it's about global warming...am I right?" Mckenzie said smiling sheepishly, not knowing if she was right or not but she was pretty sure that it was a metaphor for something about the earth, it was pretty obvious.
She laughs " Yeah, I know just be glad that your mum didn't get remarried with three children," she told her.
Mckenzie tilted her head to the side thinking.
"So you're saying you feel lonely." She said, remembering that whenever she did see him around school he was by himself.
" Yeah, now it five with us my sister and now my step brothers," she told her.
" Nick and Ross I think he likes me or something ew," she told her.
"True, but it's really not healthy to just harbor all those secrets. Sometimes you just have to let it out, like tell someone you trust." Mckenzie said "Whoa! Dr.Phil moment." She said randomly, laughing slightly"Ugh...well," he shrugged, "Isn't everbody really?" He said trying to get the subject off of him, "I mean not everyone can tell another person the deepest darkest secrets they have. Sometimes you carry them all alone."

" You saw him putting his arms around me," she told her, with a sigh.
"Or somtimes you just have to take a risk." Mckenzie shrugged with a smile. She then looked at the clock she only had a few minutes to get to choir.
"Oh crap, I totally lost track of time. Er, i'm totally gonna be late for choir. I'll see you later I guess." Mckenzie said slightly panicked
" yeah, I guess you are right," she told her, with a smile " He is a sweetie I love him," she told her " Like a brother," she told her.
Mckenzie left the classroom in a rush. She actually enjoyed talking to Damien, so much that she had lost track of time. She hadn't had a deep conversation like that in awhile. She rushed into the choir room late.
"Sorry, sorry!" Mckenzie apologized stepping up on her spot on the risers while the other choir members either laughed or rolled their eyes.
