Mckensie saw Damien walk in while the choir already started warming up she smiled at him and continued doing a scale exersize like the rest of the class.

"Alright, lets start on Apologize." Ms. Anderson, the choir teacher instructed the students to sing the popular One Republic song and started counting and everyone started singing. Mckenzie loved the fact that Ms. Anderson didn't stick to the traditional choir songs that they got to sing modern songs.

ooc- Haha! XD

After a few more songs the class was over and the bell rang signaling the start of free period. Mckenzie mostly spent her free periods in the music rooms either practicing songs or writing them. Most of the students left the choir room and Mckenzie walked over to the piano and pulled out a few pages of sheet music and a pencil. She started playing a tune that was probably going to be used for one of her songs, then quickly erased and wrote on the sheet music, then started playing again.

"Hey," Damien said, having lingered (usually he would play his guitar in the other room), "that wasn't too bad. Just," he said as he slid onto the piano bench and started to play the tune she just did, "add some weird stuff like this," he played a complicated G minor chord, followed by an F sharp chord, "see makes it spiffy yet...ugh subtle."

"What are you, some music critic or something." Mckenzie laughed "But it sounds good, I like it."She nodded erasing a few notes and re-writing them on the sheet music

"Just some music i'm writing for some lyrics." Mckenzie said playing the chorus of the song on the piano.

"Kinda nice actually," he said actually meaning what he said...shocker... He went over to his guitar case and pulled out his guitar, "Now lets start from the begining, and then once you get back to the chorus I'll try to pick it up."

Mckenzie started singing along to the chorus as she played.
"That's what you get when you let your heart win, whoa!" She sang

Damien, not wanting to ruin her creative mojo, decided to sing as well, something of his own though, "Dont forget to just let love in, hey, let her into your soul, whoa," he let his fingers slide on the guitar and then went back to the chords.

ooc- lol that's not how the song goes:D It's That's What You Get by Paramore.

"And that's what you get when you let your hear win, whoaaaa!" Mckenzie sang, finishing the song.
"Duuuuude! That was sooo sick!" Mckenzie said enthusiastically
