Sir Godfrey
Pelegrin Crucis
Same here, I always find something funny in each episode. But beside humor, which it is enriched with, their are many moral lessons in the Cosby Show. Lessons about family, about friends, and about doing what's right.
Exactly! And there was almost nothing bad in them...no cuss words (that I remember) or anything.Same here, I always find something funny in each episode. Great show! I haven't seen every episode, which still makes it fun to watch (might be a show I haven't seen). But yeah, Aravis, I know what you mean about Cosby himself. Did you see his interview with... (I think it was) Larry King? He was promoting a book he wrote about how black stereotyping isn't wrongly promoted because it's true, and how blacks can change that outlook.
But just because an actor made a mistake why not watch a show in which hes playing a role and isn't the only character? That's more or less why I don't like it..
I personally can't stand many actors or actresses either but if I like a movie I won't judge their performance mainly because of what they think or do. Exceptions there of course.
I think Cosby said the S word.. "Shut up!" No there Isn't any profanity or vanity in the Cosby Show. If ever something brought up.. like drugs or something It's always because they are trying to teach that you shouldn't do them or that you should act responsible.
Actually, in the very first episode of the entire series, Cosby actually did say the d-word once. That's all the profanity I ever heard, though. And that was one of the reasons it was such a great show.
Anyway, I love this show! It was one of the last shows with Andy Griffith values sitcoms.
