"Well if the pie is poisoned, which it probably is, did you see how that waiter glared at me! Evil little smite! Then its been nice knowing you. If this quest thing we're on kills us, at least we can say we had our pie...and it didn't kill us first."
 
Sienna was really beginning to like the Queen, even if at first she came off as a little mean. Sienna laughed and then looked at her pie, scared to take her first bite. "Lets hope we can have our pie first!"
 
"Well good, like I said before, if i'm gonna die on this little escapade, im gonna be happy. Waiter! A artichoch please!"

Sienna smiled brightly. "So do you think we should set up or at least find our shelter for the night?"


OCC: I am going to stay on a little bit longer...I'm so sleepy yet I dont want to leave LOL.
 
Sienna looked out one of the far windows, and saw darkness. "Do you think there is one near here..." Sienna looked at her gown "Lets hope so. I need to change out of these and take a nice warm bath. My nurse would be furious to see me like this!" Sienna said shocked with her apperance.
 
OOC: Aslans Messenger: If you read two pages of posts only, you would realize that we are at a restaurant getting food and finding a little bit of information. We are also finding out that Queen Leia is a little bit more than feisty, so she may have to be a problem in getting the team together.
You are there with everyone at the restaurant, so you might want to play it from there. I cant RP right now cause I have to leave and won't be back for at least 6 hours. The only character missing from the group right now is Kate. We don't know what happened to her. I think last we heard she was very close to the group.
 
Saphire was in the restaurant wacthing everyone talk together and wondering why she felt as if she was supposed to talk to them. She walked up to Leia and taped her on the shoulder.
 
This where Arcturus was when trying to get information for the next step of the jouney.

"There are many tales, Master Arcturus, and all of them are about doom, I assure you."

"Is there something more related to recent times... to... present times."

"Aahh Master Arcturus," said the cook with a suspicious smile. "Why do I feel this is related to you and your companions."

"Why do you say that?" asked Arcturus feigning surprise.

And this is what he found out:


The cook motioned for Arcturus to get closer, the he casually began cleaning some dishes.


“Of course there is a legend,” said the cook in a quiet voice so that only Arcturus could hear it. “A legend of heroes who would one day come to this kingdom.”


He went kept grabbing dishes to clean in a tub, then aded in a normal voice now. “They will come one day when Alastair will face its greatest danger. But I don’t see that there’s any danger at this time, Master Acturus.”


“Please go on Master Chef,” urged Arcturus.


“You see, there is a story that some day, The Kingdom of Alastair will be saved by heroes not from within the kingdom, but who will come from the surrounding Kingdoms. When those heroes arrive and save Alastair, then there will be eternal piece in this world.”


“And when are these heroes supposed to arrive, Master Chef.”


“At the greates danger, Master Arcturus, but you see, there is no danger right now and here you and…” he looks at Arcturus companions on the table, “…the lovely ladies.”


“Where can we get more information about this legend?”


“The good king will be the one to see, Master Arcturus, the good King.”


“You mean the High King of Alastair, King Mizar?”


“Yes. His Royal Highness King Mizar.” It is usually very easy to get an audience with the Good King, but lately he has been very busy with who knows what. They say he is worried. Of what I do not know. But I assure you Master Arcturus, there has not been any news of trouble lately.”


“Where can we find the High King.”


“Only in the biggest castle on the highest hill, in the very center of Cross. You mean you did not see it when you came in?”

Arcturus returned to his companions and told them what the cook had said.
“I think we need to move on towards the castle. If this High King Mizar is a good King as the cook said, then all you Royal Highness will surely have a place to wash and spend the night more suitable to your royal stature than any inn we may find in this wretched streets. Not to mention regal clothes and attendants, if you wish.”

The Storyline:
All characters received a supernatural call or summon. Each one was called in a different way (they were all awesome summons, if you care to go back and read them). Each one was told, or felt the urge to travel to the Kingdom of Alastair, to the Great City of Cross, which is at the ocean’s edge and very far from their homes.
No character knew that others were called, and each one is slowly finding out that others are traveling in response to similar calls or impulse to travel. They still don’t know why. The storyline supposes they are going to have to unite and combine their powers to defeat some evil, but that has not been revealed to them yet.

This is what has happened so far:


All characters are inside the great city of Cross. All except Kate, who is nearby really, are at a Restaurant where Arcturus just got a great piece of information. Their next step is to make it to the center of the city, to the castle of the High King of Alastair, King Mizar, on the highest hill.

They want to get there before nightfall.
It is the hope of all that that, first of all Kate finds them and comes with them, then since King Mizar is a good king, the Ladies, Princess, Queens, and the others hope to find suitable quarters in the royal palace where they can get a good rest and be royally pampered, of course.
Now this King Mizar is supposedly a Key character. Through him, the future heroes will find out who is the one who mysteriously summoned them to Cross.
