Arcturus loved the way Destiny's face looked when she was looking at him. He loved her so much because of that.

His food came and he began eating. It was just as delicious as it looked.

"Good Good," Lord Aasen said, "because all of you together will be greatly needed for Ellonai's purpose. But," he looked at Desting and Leila, "working together will be essential. We'll need to learn trust as a whole."

Leila rolled her eyes and sighed.

Trust, she thought, right. That'll happen.

Destiny cupped her hands around the bowl of soup and surged her power to her hands warming the bowl even hotter. Once it was to the temperature she liked it she picked up the spoon and ate. It was delicious and perfect. Being from the Fire Kingdom she loved things hotter than usual.

She fealt her hand,that she had set back in her lap, touch Arcturus's leg.

"Um sorry but I must inquire," Lord Aasen said, "but what is it between you two?" He asked Destiny and Leila.
 
Destiny shrugged. "I have no problem with Her Highness Leila except her attitude sometimes." She admited to Aesan's question.

Arcturus made sure her hand was cool before he took it and held her in his.

"I am sorry My Lord," said Arcturus, "I though it would be obvious, but of course I forgot that you have not been with us long. My apologies."

"Drop it," she snapped, her eyes glaring, "I want to enjoy my food please."

"Like that?" he asked Destiny, his thumb nearly in Leila's face. He didn't appreciate her glare.

"I thank you for the compliments of my country and my palace. I'm sorry that I wasnt there, truly. I am happy we did eventually meet though" Sienna said smiling and blushing madly.
 
Destiny threaded her fingers around Arcturus's. She nodded at Lord Aesan's gesture.

"Do you like me?" She suddenly whispered in Arcturus's ear.

"I never claimed to be your royal exaultness, now it was just a question. Don't get all defensive about it. Afraid to admit you're jealous?"

"How dare you! Take it back!" She said as she glared at him, her face very close to his.

"Give me a reason then why you dislike her, then I'll take it back."

Leila cocked an eyebrow, sat back down and ate her stew. Everytime she looked up she glared at someone at the table.

Lord Aasen ignored her glares.

"That's a very lovely dress," he said to Destiny, trying to make the mood light again.

Lord Aasen rolled his eyes.

"Manners are something we are going to work on with you."

Leila glared at him, then glared back at Destiny. If she was going to start this again, Leila was determined to beat her in her own glaring game.
