I've never read it. What is it about?

Its kinda like Narnia and LOTR, but the man who wrote the books kids ganged up on him and told him he ought write a book for them, but it had to be just like Narnia....
These kids go to Anthropos mainly through some TVs they found in their uncle's attic. They have a ton of Awsomeatic adventures and meet someone called Gaal (who is like Aslan), and there is a stone table (it never cracks though), and a glowing blue sword and a glowing blue stone and a tower and an evil city.... and Theophlius! :D:p

Cool. I'd like to read it if I can find it. Who's the author?

Sigh... None of the three libraries I can check out books at have it. I guess that's what interlibrary loan is for!

you can check out books at three libraries?!?! theres only one where I live!
And Anthropos isn't the most popular book seris, but it also hasn't been made into movies... nor can you find anything about it on youtube, haven't checked Facbook yet.:p:rolleyes:

They're in three different towns but are all close and I mainly go to two of them if there is something particular they have that the usual one doesn't.
I had never heard of it before I met you.:D

Shady could not see a thing. She clung to Fire’s paw because nobody would be able to see them doing so and then she wouldn’t get lost. Tansy held Fire’s other paw, for to all the kittens it was comforting to know that the others were nearby and they were not all alone.

Suddenly it was like a curtain had been lifted; for the creatures could now all see the edge of the desert in front of them. Behind them they could still see the storm raging on, hear the winds howling and feel the little bits of sand blow on them. But Claw allowed no time for wondering. He led them up over a rise and then, suddenly below them a huge green valley opened up. It was as if a giant bowl had been left there and the grass and trees had grown over it. A river ran along in it. Claw allowed them to drink and bathe in the water and sleep while they waited for the others. Even the slaves were allowed these luxuries.
Seeing he was in a good mood, Shady went over to Claw and asked him the question that had been troubling her for many days now.

“Claw, where are we going?”
“We are headed for Ventargo.” Was the reply, “But we have long to go before we arrive there.” And he said no more after that.
Later as they were resting, Shady told Fire and her siblings where they were headed for.

“He said we has got a long time afore we gets there though.” Sighed Shady, “But least we can rest now.”
“I hope Mozart is O.K.” Pumpkin said suddenly.
“Why wouldn’t she be?” asked Hope joining the conversation.
“Well she musta be commin after us, so I hope she comes tro the desert O.K.” This though had no occurred to anyone before and troubled even the babies.

The next day the group moved out. The journey was almost pleasureable, save for the fact that the slaves were manacled and the fact Fire and her friends were all thinking of; Was Mozart and whoever was with her ok? Or were they lost in the desert somewhere?

I just wrote an inspiring (and most Christian part yet) part of my story. It will give flashbacks of Narnia and the Bible I do not doubt, but I like it that way.:)
And the scene before it will give flashbacks of Star-wars.:p

I need HELP!!!!
I can't think of anything else for their adventures!
HELP ME, PLEASE!!!

Will the inhabitants in the town Claw is taking the kittens to help the kittens escape? or would they try to help capture the rescuer cats when those cats follow? Is there any way for the kittens to escape on their own? Might Shady help them?

Just keep asking yourself questions like those, and I'm sure you'll come up with something. Think about your characters first, not just what happens next...your cats have some very distinct personalities, and where vivid characters are, action will necessarily follow.

My mom and I figured out most of the town stuff...

SPOLIERS

Claw takes the kittens to Ventargo which is controled by his uncle who is kinda lame and a pushover. The town is dilapitated and needs some work so Claw is bringing the slaves to fix the town up... or at least thats his excuse. Claw's real intent is to take over Ventargo, but the citizens don't know that.

*End spoliers here*

But the problem is that I want more of the journey TO Ventargo an' I can't think of any more obstecals that don't involve magical trees or lakes or rivers which is stuff that already has been done.

Do all the animals in your world have to be cats? Could some wild dogs threaten/chase/fight them along the way? Might there be some kind of rock canyon in the desert that they get trapped in? Could an insane cat come out of a desert cave and waylay them? What if one of them is seriously injured or ill--how would the other cats carry on? What if the cats start seriously disagreeing among themselves--some internal tension?

In my first book- The Tale of Mozart the Meerkitten- there was a wolf named Cogg who had taken over. In his army were coyotes, rats, foxes, that sort. Also in Mozart it says that there were many different kinds of animals in Reandalawo... but the main characters are as of now cats.

And Caspian wrote in his journal that it would've come to mutainy in the desert if they had not been so close. And they did disagree weather to follow the White Cat or not.

Canyons.... hmm....injuries......hmm.... I'll get back to you on that one... after I get my memory sticky back.

Thanks!:D

I saw this thing at a bookstore once that was a book called The Writer's Block and was shaped like a block and had random writing ideas in it. I thought it was funny; maybe you need one of those!:p

hey ho! I got some written!:D

here tis:

Chapter eleven
'Little Silver Cat!'

“This is so stupid!”
Silver was grumbling behind the others, who all seemed to be possessed with the ability to see this so called “White Cat” but she could see nothing. So she stomped angrily behind the others muttering loudly.
The only thing Silver could not complain about was that the storm. Though it seemed to rage on both sides of them it had parted in the middle for them to walk through. This had amazed her at first, for she could see sand, plants and even small trees whip past them with hurricane force but in their little tunnel of safety nothing came at them; not even the smallest bit of sand.

"What White Cat? Can’t answer can you, ‘cause he’s not there! Ha! Makin’ up games like liddle kits! Ha, ha, ha!” but the others never looked at her, nor even seemed to hear her. They were mesmerized with something that Silver could not see but secretly longed to know about. She had her reasons for not believing though; her parents were dead, her sister was captured and she had almost died several times in raids and now a sandstorm!
