For me it is hard to ignore Middle-Earth. When I sit behind my desk I'm surrounded by Middle-earth and my bedroom is covered with posters.

Aye, I can hardly ignore Tolkien's world, Middle Earth swords displayed on my walls, his books in my bookshelf. A minature of Minas Tirith on display. XD

This is the most amazing cartoon that has ever existed.
I love Foxtrot... Jason Fox has been obsessed with epic fantasy/sci fi movies since the first Jurassic Park and he never gets older.
That cartoon, which I saw on a LotR fan website, introduced em to FoxTrot.
It's now my favorite cartoon!

I have read LOTR a few times and my mom read them to me when I was younger. I have listened to LOTR on CD a few times too. I can't remember which I heard/read first. Probably Narnia. I love them both!!

Hello Narnians,
I recently finished The Hobbit and have started the LOTR (The Fellowship of the Rings). Without giving away what happens (I've never seen the movies either), what are your thoughts on the books? No offense to any LOTR fans, but I'm not too impressed so far -- I like Narnia better. I think I'm on page 74 or something like that (in the Fellowship). Does it get better?

Love the movies, have only read less than 50 pages of The Hobbit. The books are for me more work than enjoyment and give me a headache.
