ic:"Yeah maybe we should" he said turning around but just as he did that the ground bel;ow him gave way and him with his horse fell through.

"PETER!!" Mara yelled. She got off her horse.

James did the same and ran towards the hutch dicth where Peter had fallen. "I cant see or hear him" he said looking around for a rope.

Mara ran over to the hole, "Peter," she called. She looked back at James, "hurry."

"I'm trying but I cant find anything" he said sadly. "The only way to get down is if we jump and that may just lead to our deaths." he said grimly.

Mara looked back at James, "see if you can lower me down, it might not be that far down."

James looked at her and raised his eye brow. He then got a stone and thre it into the hole. He waited for like 2 minutes before he heard a faint clank. He then looked back at her.

"We have to do something," Mara said, "we cant let Peter in there."

James thought for a a moment. "We should go and get Orieus he would know what to do"

Mara nodded, "you go, I'll stay here."

James turned around to go when he fell through to. "Arghhhhhhhh" he screamed until his voice became faint and then no more.

"JAMES!!" Mara ran over to her horse, she needed to get hepl, she got on and rode back to Cair Paravel as fast as she could.

When he woke up he was in a small, empty room. He tried not to panic.

Mara got back to chair paravel, she looked around and couldn't find anyone. She rode back to the hole Peter, and James had falled into. "James! can you hear me?"

James rubbed the back of his head. "Mara is that you" he shouted.

"Yes! are you alrigh?" she asked

"Errr yeah" he said standing up. "But I cant see Peter" he said looking around. "Do you have a rope or something?"

"Yes," Mara said, she tied a rope to a tree and tosed it down.

He climbed out eventually and collapsed on the ground from exhaustion. "I dont know where Peter is sorry".

Mara sat down, she handed James sone water, "we need to find him."
