The light shone into his eyes as he steped into the long thin hallway. "wow" he muttered to himself.

"James, I dont like this," Mara said quietly.

James just ignored her badazzled by what he was seeing. He walked slowly forward all the time walking in a stright line and keeping with the center of the hall.

Mara sighed and followed him.

All of a sudden a low but mellow tunestarted to play. "What beautiful music" James said as he danced a little to the tune as he walked.

Mara stopped, "James I think we should go back."

"What on earth for" James said carrying on. "Come on Mara where's your sense of adventure?" he asked glancing back at her with an eery smile on his face.

Mara stared at him, "where's your sense of being careful?"

"Oh hush Mara" he said in a firm but friendly tone. He walked at a slightly faster pace now.

Mara sighed, but followed him.

He hummed and danced hapily until they came to a shiny gold door.

"James, dont open it," Mara said.

He ignored her and pulled the door open.

"James!" Mara pushed him lightly

"What?" he said walking through the door but as he walked in the door slammed shut locking Mara out.

Mara looked around. "James, open the door, this isn't funny."

He trieed to but the door wouldnt move. "MARA!" he shouted from the other side. "I can't!" he exclaimed in horror.

Mara looked around desprately. "I cant open it!"

He turned around and tried to find something he could use to open it.

"Mara?.." A voice came from behind her.
