the offical Lara Croft/Tomb Raider Club

I haven't finished it, but am stuck on the the second to last level, where you have to shoot the dots, and have a certain amount of seconds to get to the other side, using swinging on your rope, and the one were stuck on also includes a slanted pillar, and three poles.

In the first level? Where? we already finished it. At least I did.

In the missing wall mechanism thing. I already found the first and second clog thing but I can't find the third and Lara says it is somehow connected to the waterfall.:D

Whaaat??!!! Another obstacle darn:eek::p

You're welcome! arrgh! I just remembered where it is! You have to go to the lost valley (entrance is high on the wall opposite the machinery, you get there by ledges around the right side -when facing the machinery) and you have to fight raptors and a t-rex before you can get it. Good luck!!

Thanks Michael, what T-rex and Raptors!!?:eek:
Lara survived the Jurassic era:p

It only sounds hard. It really isn't. You don;t have a choice of fighting some raptors and the t-rex, but the first raptors, I just climbed on the rock at the right of the valley entrance and shot them from there. :)

I favor Tomb Raider Chronicles website for walkthroughs:
Tomb Raider Anniversary walkthrough

However, if you're having problems with the earliest levels, it's a good idea to quit now. It gets much harder later on!

I only made it to somewhere in Khamoon before some puzzle involved slamming gates and a balance pole stopped me. No matter what, I couldn't get past those gates.

Tomb Raider Anniversary is the ONLY one I stopped playing because I couldn't continue, I mastered ALL the others, including the ones after it.

Thanks Michael, what T-rex and Raptors!!?:eek:
Lara survived the Jurassic era:p

Tyrannosaurus Rex are from the Cretaceous period. Raptors were common through a lot of dinosaur history, so they're harder to pin down to a specific period.

But it's fun to see them in the game. My personal favorite moments are dinosaur levels. In Tomb Raider II, I made a point of not killing the T Rex pair, just so I could let them live........

I never had that problem of the levels getting harder and harder. I had the walkthrough and I did ok. Mind you some parts took me a few tries, but otherwise it was ok.

I can't do the bit where you have to jump around in time. It's like on ths second to last level.... One of the ones in Natla's pyrimid.

Well, it always seemed to go like this:

Jump to the balance pole, Lara pauses to regain her balance so she can jump to the next obstacle......

SLAM!

Oh look, the doors closed and squashed Lara.

After the 40th time of that happening, I gave up.

I think the problem (at least for me) is the timers are too short. Most times, I only made it past with 1 second to spare. And that was only after rehearsing the procedure a lot to get it right first.
