the offical Lara Croft/Tomb Raider Club

I was always pushing for the CGI Lara, that way, she can look like her video game version. I'd even accept it being "cartoonish" if Lara was right.

It's a pity Judith Gibbons is no longer doing the voice, she is still my favorite Lara!!!!!! I'd prefer that she would be the voice of a "movie Lara".
 
I've never really followed Lara Croft. I watched the first half of the first Jolie movie a while ago on BBC One, but I didn't watch the sequel last night because I need to start going to sleep earlier ready for the new school year next week.
 
I never liked Jolie for that role. I have seen the movies only once each and never again. I don't even remember what they are about, lol!
 
Judith Gibbons was the voice of Lara in Tomb Raider II and III.

To me, she's the perfect voice, because she sounds like Lara should, which, essentially is one scary woman! The voice in these games sounds like Lara is all business and direct action, the kind of person who would make you tremble in your boots with a simple statement. All the others sound like young girls, to be honest, they don't even sound as intimidating as Judith's version.

If I'm not mistaken, she (Allison Carroll) was picked to play the real life Lara Croft for purposes of promoting the video games.
